Receive Text UpdatesThe discipline, motivation, the way I can I inspire others and my four children is what fuels my passion for fitness. I have been through homelessness, son with childhood cancer, motorcycle wreck, and recently divorced. Fitness has helped me overcome these challenges and gain discipline, manage stress and anxiety I never thought I could get through. I work nights twelve hours a day five days a week and begin healthy also helps me get through those grueling days. I love it.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like to train six days a week. Cardio for warm up, high intensity weight training, and cool down. I do training push, legs, pull, off push, legs, pull repeat. This has created the most muscle growth for me as well as stamina.
What would you do with $20,000?I have a daughter that is a freshman in college going to be a lawyer and would use the money to help her be better than me and to make her dreams come true. We need more young people to make the world a better place.
