What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion comes from years of not feeling welcome—in gyms, in my body, or in my identity. I battled body dysmorphia, anxiety, and depression while hiding who I was just to feel safe. Fitness became my anchor, not to chase perfection, but to reclaim confidence and self-worth. Now I’m driven to change the narrative—showing people they don’t need six-pack abs or 0% body fat to love health and fitness. They just need a place to belong.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Music, good vibes, and authentically supportive friends cheering each other on. I thrive in environments where movement feels empowering, not intimidating. My favorite way to train blends functional strength, conditioning, and mobility—focused on real-life strength, longevity, and mental well-being. Fitness should feel safe, inclusive, and sustainable, not punishing. When people feel supported and seen, that’s when training becomes transformational.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest it directly into expanding access to inclusive fitness—subsidizing memberships, launching community wellness programs, and creating safe spaces for people who’ve felt “different” or unseen. I’d amplify education around mental health, body image, and sustainable fitness, proving that health isn’t reserved for a certain look. This platform wouldn’t be about me—it would be about helping more people realize they’re already enough.
