Our Bodies underlie everything we become capable of. Part of being Human is our Psychophysiology - How our Brains and Body Interact. To reach our Heroic Potential, to become Legendary Leaders, we must have a Healthy Body. My desire to Create Legendary Leaders in my work pushes me to be the best version of myself, including through Fitness. If I expect my Clients to become the best versions of themselves, I must be an Exemplar and show them what is Possible for a Human to Achieve.

There's a lot that I enjoy doing - from Barefoot Running and Hiking (sometimes also barefoot) to preparing for Spartan Races. Honestly, if it sounds fun, I will probably try it out! I have a Goal to do some of the most difficult Endurance Races in the world, including 24-hour Obstacle Course Races, a 22 Mile Paddleboard Race, a 100 Mile Run, a 160 Mile Mountain Biking Course, and more! So I have been working on incorporating elements of those into my training.

In my Business, I am the Chief Regenerative Design Officer. I have a few Regenerative Efforts that the business is contributing to across the world, and I would donate the entire $20,000 to these efforts. This would include planting Mangrove Forests, Removing Ocean Plastics, Coral Restoration, Biodiversity Efforts, and more. We could do some Extreme Good in the world if we all work together, and this would be my way to further contribute to Improving the Future.
