I've been told my entire life that I'm too short, not the right ethnicity, and just simply not good enough. But, with the right work ethic, self belief, and passion, I've achieved goals that others didn't think were possible, such as.. 1) Increasing my vertical jump from 24" - 40" to dunk a basketball at 5'10" 2) Making a successful career as a Trainer 3) Competing as a semi-professional Volleyball Athlete versus 6'8" opponents at the age of 39 with NO FEAR =)

Tell us your favorite way to stay fit

1) Perform strength training and athletic performance exercises 4 times per week 2) Travel to play in volleyball tournaments every 1-2 months 3) Maintain a bodyweight of 173 lbs with sustainable and enjoyable eating habits that keep me lean and happy - 3 high protein/fat meals, with timed carbohydrate intake before and after training Having competitions to train for keeps me highly motivated to stay on top of my training and nutrition. Injury prevention is the foundation for all exercise!

What would you do with $20,000?

1) Take my family out to a nice dinner as a "thank you" for supporting my passion all these years! 2) Put part of it in my savings because it's an important financial habit to keep up 3) Reinvest the rest into my company, Elevate Yourself, to expand and produce even higher quality content (purchase new equipment, hire more staff) to inspire and educate more people around the world that even at my height and age, you can achieve your athletic, health, and fitness goals!
