What fuels your passion for fitness?

Helping others, I was a footbal and strength coach for 25 years. I run a small out of the way facility called GARAGE FITNESS and train local farmers , moms dads and high school and college athletes. I just want people to have fun and stay as fit as possible. If I’m the example they need then that’s awesome, but I’m still working to get better so I hope that rubs off on who I help.

Tell us your favorite way to stay fit

I believe consistency is the key, I post workouts daily and do whatever I post. It can be an old school squat session to a functional strength session or a circuit. Variety is the spice of life the weight room is no exception.

What would you do with $20,000?

Invest in a couple pieces of equipment I’ve had my eye on to improve the GARAGE. My wife and I are involved with our church so I would help there and then see where the rest could be best served to good use.
