The benefits from discipline and consistency in the gym and with one’s diet are monumental. The mental health, focus, balance, energy and clarity in your life, is priceless. I love to feel good, set goals and thrive with structure. I live, eat and breathe all aspects of fitness. I was nearly 300 pounds, my goal is to never lose what I have gained from my transformation.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

@ 45yo I am an active competitor in men’s physique bodybuilding . That keeps me on track and focused, to compete at least once/twice a year. I follow a macro based diet of five meals a day, 3000 set calories. All of my food is weighted for consistency in portion size and nutrients. I lift heavy and hard five days a week, 12,000 steps average a day 30 minutes of cardio five days a week. I have kept the weight off six years now after my massive transformation.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would love to follow a small dream and expand my fitness and health coaching business. I love to help people, train people and teach them how to take control of their body and take over their cravings. I like to transform how people see food, how they fuel their body. I get pure enjoyment out of watching someone reach their goals, seeing their progress, being part of their journey. My passion is fitness and all around wellness. I would use the money to help people.
