Receive Text UpdatesI've been doing progressive overload resistance training for over 30 years and I'm realizing that exercise is a "fountain of youth". I think of it as a train car you push forward on the track, the more you exercise the further in front of you can push the car. The further in front of you you can push the car the longer you have before it goes off the rails.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Progressive overload resistance training with an emphasis on the negative has always been and will always be my preferred method of working out. Mix in a little cardio on the step mill or recumbent bike. Tennis is fun too. Tennis, not pickle ball!
What would you do with $20,000?I'd give it to my trainer. He deserves all the credit.
