Truly, I love getting better. I wake up every day to chase my best self. Everyday I strive to get physically and mentally healthier. Working out and focusing on my fitness helps me realize that it is possible and achievable. I use my fitness goals to set a base line for my discipline. By using discipline and consistency to track my fitness goals, I can apply the same logic to anything I strive for outside of the gym. And it has drastically changed my lifestyle. I will always strive for better.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I believe I have a great program that helps me gain strength while not getting burnt out, and allows me to chase a desired look and size that keeps me motivated. I love heavy weight training for strength exercise, and hypertrophy training for a nice shape that I can visualize progress. I would say weight training is my favorite way to stay fit.

What would you do with $20,000?

For a few years now, I have been working towards building my non-profit organization that seeks to eliminate fear from lives of individuals who may experience it daily. I want to start a non-profit that provides affordable protection for everyday people, training for function and capability, self defense classes, and aid in additional activities for those that may be inhibited. I am in college for entrepreneurship, so the money would aid in that business.
