What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?An hour at the gym 4-5 days a week. Dumbbells and good form get good results. Stretching keeps me limber and helps avoid soreness and injuries. I’m a big believer in chin ups.
What would you do with $20,000?With half, I would buy home gym equipment for Sammy’s Mission, a drug/alcohol recovery transition home in my city. Lifting is the highest high. The other half goes to savings and my church.
