Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I am committed to maintaining my health and longevity so I can be there for my children for as long as possible. Supporting my mental health is also a major motivation behind my dedication to fitness. I began aerial hoop and pole dance as a way to challenge myself and step outside my comfort zone, and quickly developed a passion for both. Their dynamic, expressive movements transformed my approach to fitness by incorporating elements of calisthenics, ultimately redefining how I train.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I enjoy training at the gym daily and lifting weights; however, participating in aerials and pole dance has added an element of enjoyment and playfulness to my routine, allowing me to reconnect with movement in a way that feels both freeing and joyful. much like I did as a child on a the playground.

What would you do with $20,000?

I am committed to investing in my fitness future by continually expanding my training and acquiring the equipment necessary to support my development. My long-term goal is to pursue professional certifications, allowing me to transform my passion for fitness into meaningful opportunities to guide and inspire others in achieving their health and fitness goals.
