What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love the old school classic physique bodybuilding style training. Intense focus on form and function to sculpt this vessel God blessed me with. I come from an athletic background and prefer that type of training for cardio to stay mentally engaged and stimulated. While the convenience of traditional cardio equipment certainly serves a purpose, I find athletic cardio to be more fitting for my taste.

What would you do with $20,000?

First and foremost—10% goes to the Almighty Heavenly Father for blessing me with this opportunity to serve. As for the rest, part would go towards investing in my brand I intend to launch, personal investments for financial growth and freedom and the other would go towards paying it forward to those in need with an intent focus on mental health.
