I am obsessed with the idea of consistently improving my body and my mind, I don't feel like myself unless I am being challenged and overcoming physical or mental obstacles, I find that putting yourself through a hard workout and staying disciplined with my nutrition is something that that allows me face the ups and downs of life with more grace strength and dignity, not only does it prepare me for physical challenges but Primes is my mind for when things get hard. I love sharing this passion

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I like a mixture of functional athletic training along with standard weight training for hypertrophy. I start my workouts with resistance training more geared towards endurance of the muscles and then transitioning into more challenging weight with lower reps for progressive overload and hypertrophy, I believe that Fitness should be something that is well-rounded in all aspects. Building a aesthetic physique is a huge motivator but I also like to have the capability of performing like an athlete

What would you do with $20,000?

With the $20,000 I would finally make my fiance and i's wedding and honeymoon happen we would be able to finally afford a place of our own, and I would use the rest to set our life in the direction that we've always hoped for.
