Receive Text UpdatesThe reason I love health and fitness is because it makes me a better person overall. It helps me be a better husband, a better father, and better at my job. It is also the biggest contributor to my recovery from opioid addiction. It keeps me feeling young, strong, and healthy, and it gives me the energy and mindset to show up every day. Health and fitness are truly number one in my life.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is lifting heavy weights 3–4 times a week with a muscle-split routine: chest Monday, back Tuesday, shoulders and arms Wednesday, and legs Thursday. On non-lifting days, I do cardio by playing sports or riding my bike, plus stretching, calisthenics, and yoga to stay mobile and balanced.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won $20,000, I would invest it. I’m not 100% sure where yet, but I know I’d put it into something that helps me grow and better my life long term—whether that’s my health, my business, or an opportunity that creates real value and a strong return.
