Receive Text UpdatesWhat fuels my passion for health and fitness is knowing that movement is a privilege, not a guarantee. Every workout is proof that consistency still works. Training sharpens my mind, strengthens my body, and keeps me present for the life I’m building. I don’t chase perfection—I train for longevity, resilience, and the confidence that comes from showing up every day
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is through balance. I lift weights to build strength, run to sharpen endurance and mental grit, and use calisthenics to stay athletic and mobile. That mix keeps my body capable in every direction. I don’t train for one skill—I train to be resilient in real life
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use part of the prize to pay off the remaining balance on a car I bought for my daughter who is in college. Whatever remains, I’d invest in time: a meaningful trip with my wife, creating memories we’ll carry long after the money is gone.
