My passion is rooted in responsibility. I train to set the standard for my wife and three children—especially my son—so they see discipline modeled, not talked about. As a retired Marine and corporate executive, I refuse to let age, career, or fatherhood become excuses. Fitness is how I honor my service, my family, and the expectations that come with leadership.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train for performance, not trends. Old-school strength training with high-intensity supersets to build durability, paired with running 4–5 days a week for endurance. I’ve completed five marathons and am pursuing a half marathon on every continent. Strength keeps me capable. Endurance keeps me accountable. Both are required.
What would you do with $20,000?I live by disciplined balance. I wrote a book, The Four F’s: Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finances, and I’d apply that same framework—invest a portion, eliminate debt with a portion, and create a meaningful experience for my family with the rest. Winning wouldn’t change my lifestyle. It would validate it.
