What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My main reason is to live longer and spend as much time as I can with my family. But the lifestyle of health and fitness is something that is a part of me everyday nonstop. The feeling of being in the gym doing productive workouts and the good feeling of eating clean while seeing results.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Eat clean and atleast 4 to 5 meals a day consistently. I train 6 days a week if not atleast 5. My favorite way to train is working out one muscle group per day focusing on 8-12 reps per set and avoiding ego lifting.

What would you do with $20,000?

Buy land or put money down for a new house. If none of those I would focus on getting my YouTube production going and hopefully start a clothing brand.
