Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion for health and fitness comes from my family. It started with my dad, who introduced me to powerlifting and taught me the value of strength, discipline, and hard work. As I got older, training with my little brother for football and Spartan races built a bond stronger than blood, brothers in iron. Now, training alongside my fiancé for bodybuilding and stepping on stage together has brought everything full circle. Fitness is more than a passion, it’s my life.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is bodybuilding-style training focused on progressive overload, getting a little stronger every session. I love the structure and the grind of building something over time. Outside the gym, I stay active by surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, hiking, and playing with my dogs. For me, fitness isn’t just about lifting, it’s about living an active life and enjoying what my body can do.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I’d reinvest it into my business and my future. I’d upgrade equipment, content, and resources to better serve my clients and grow Bear Steel Athletics, while also setting some aside for long-term stability. Everything I build is about impact and longevity, so I’d use that money to create more opportunities, help more people transform their lives, and keep leveling up what I’m building.
