Receive Text UpdatesIt’s those who look to me as an example. I receive reassurance periodically that lets me know I’m doing something right. If people are going to look at me as an example from old to young, then I need to make sure I’m living up to their expectations of me. My family is another reason. I want to make sure I’m capable and able to live the moment with them and not from the sidelines.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is through weight training at the gym. I’m currently training in the mornings with my teenaged boy who wakes me up in the morning to get after it with him before he has to go to school and I have to go to work. I like working towards a goal like running a marathon (I trained for and ran last year’s Marine Corps Marathon and I will be training for this year’s Marine Corps Marathon too).
What would you do with $20,000?Invest in equipment for the teams I coach (recreational soccer and high school basketball). I’ve always bought little things here and there to help my players with their journey. I would also finally take my wife to Turks and Caicos, a dream vacation she’s always talked about. And make sure I get my workouts in while I’m out there!
