My passion is fueled by the desire of mastering my mind, body, and spirt. In order to grow anything, one must exercise all three. Mind, body, and spirt. The mind must be disciplined or trained to do what I will. It's a gift so use it. Yes, the gift of will power. We have to exercise the mind by starting with mastering the body. I exercise with intent. The original intent for all men! To be the perfect man as it was intended. All spirt driven. That's the fuel. That's the burner...

Wow! That's a complicated question. First, in spirt. That energy can't be seen by the naked eye. Some call it meditation. With this fuel and can master anything. As I visualize, my mind is worked. Exercised to do what I will. Then I exercise the body with a nice warmup. Get the blood circulating, all that good stuff. Now, I'm ready to stretch my body. Then I'm ready for any exercise routine. Riding my road bike 50 miles, 5-mile walk, weight training, yoga. The sky is the limit

That's easy. I would give it back to the community to anything that would promote fitness. Our children need more exposure. For example, I would promote golf clinics in the inner city for the less privilege. The model would be the same as my personal workout plan. Mind, body, and spirt.
