Helping others (through my clients and YouTube channel), as well as optimizing my own healthspan and longevity, so I have the vitality, energy and capacity to best enjoy my later years with those I love. Exercise is the best longevity drug we have, and nothing feels better than sweating it out in a workout, and the rush and satisfaction of moving this gift of a body I’ve been given.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?It’s a combination of resistance (to build and maintain lean muscle mass and strength) and cardiovascular training (to optimize my VO2 Max). I weight lift to build muscle and strength, and rowing, stationary bike, treadmill and track to build my cardiovascular capacity. PLUS, I build muscle and strength, and my cardiovascular output through rucking. Rucking compliments all my gym training and gets me outside and doing what my ancestors did to survive, and become the apex predator on the planet.
What would you do with $20,000?Out of the healthspan & longevity coaching business I have built (Andrew Kolasko Life Center) I have started my own ruck pack company called RUCK IT. To expand RUCK IT further into the marketplace, & take it to the next level, I need an influx of funding to assist into my next growth transition. Mostly for the legal patents/copyrights that RUCK IT requires, as well as some of the manufacturing requirements. Through my RUCK IT Ruck Packs I am able to bring health and fitness training to everyone.
