What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love training with purpose—strength training, boxing, and functional movement that builds real-world power and athleticism. Mixing intensity with smart programming keeps training effective, sustainable, and enjoyable. Staying active outdoors and training clients in dynamic environments also keeps fitness exciting and inspiring.
What would you do with $20,000?I would reinvest it into expanding my fitness platform—creating accessible training programs, community initiatives, and educational content to help more people improve their health worldwide. I’d also support wellness outreach efforts that make fitness and healthy living more accessible to those who need it most.
