Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I’ve always been active—from playing three sports in high school to earning a Division I football scholarship in college. My fuel has always been rooted in the belief that health is wealth. We’re given one body in this lifetime and I never want to be the person who had it, lost it, and then had to scratch and claw to get it back. Why not keep it? Why not maintain it? That mindset is what drives me, cherishing the temple I was blessed with.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Lately, I’ve fallen in love with bodybuilding as I train for my first men’s physique show as a natural competitor. I’ve also developed a deep appreciation for Pilates, strengthening the mind and body to work as one while sculpting an unbreakable physique. Furthermore, anytime I can get outside to hike, breathe fresh air, explore the world, and fly my drone, I’m all in.

What would you do with $20,000?

First and foremost, I’d want to help my family by taking care of any outstanding bills or financial burdens they may have. I’m also in the market for a new vehicle to reliably get to and from the gym and Pilates studio where I teach classes. Beyond that, I’d reinvest in myself by putting the money toward my body oil business, which I’m currently working to grow. A $20k boost would truly make a meaningful difference for me right now.
