I have 2 reasons why I strive to keep my body in peak physical shape and appearance. Number 1 is my family. My heart & soul and reason for waking up everyday solely lies with the comfort and health I'm able to provide for them. If daddy couldn't keep up then I'd be lost. Reason 2 is my job requires me to be healthier than the average person. I'm an electrician by trade but I also try to boost others up by implementing some of the things that help me stay fit.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love to train anywhere that I can! You can literally make any place your gym at any time. That's and easy flake though so I'd say my absolute favorite place to train is at home. I've built a home gym that seems to be pretty efficient when it comes to getting in a workout everyday. Whether its 15 minutes or 2 hours. A session is a session.

What would you do with $20,000?

At this current moment I'd use the $20,000 dollars to pay off a few vendors I owe money to since I got married last year in November. My wife and I chose to be somewhat frugal with our wedding so most of my money went to that. I could use the rest of the money to complete my home gym and a few other renovations around the house. That would mean the most to me.
