Inspired to obtain the physique of a gladiator. I always took the road less traveled to achieve my goals. Health and fitness is not a hobby it’s literally my lifestyle. With a determination to mortify the old version of myself. To continually improve and compete the myself everyday. Every waking hour of my life is spent crucifying my flesh.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train and stay fit is weight training. I lift weights four days a week and I perform cardio one to two times a week. I also enjoy running four to six miles during the early cold hours of 4:00am. Other forms of training I perform every once in a while are bike riding and boxing drills.
What would you do with $20,000?With the prize of $20,000 I would pay off most of my debts. I will also help my mother and grandmother as they are suffering financially.
