The thing that keeps me going is seeing where I started at and how far I’ve come. I always like seeing progress within myself and seeing what I can improve on. I also like seeing other people (bodybuilders, athletes, etc.) and taking advice from them as well.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love strength training and with lifting heavy come hypertrophy, so I get the best of both worlds (bodybuilding and strength training). Lifting weights and crushing PR’s is my passion.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay off my car and other debts with the money.
