What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I lift mostly--with elliptical work for low-impact cardio, but I also really enjoy rock climbing and yoga in my routine. Climbing helps incorporate tendon work so that they aren't injured by disproportionately developed muscle, and it strengthens the mind-body connection through organic movements you scarcely simulate in lifting. What would you do with $20,000?I have spoken to my pastor about building a gym for our church members. Not only is it another reason to attend and be a member of the church, but church fellowship is always important, and this would provide another opportunity to do more than just worship together, not to mention encourage a healthier congregation--all things that build more consistent attendance, enthusiasm, and thus strong faith.
