Receive Text UpdatesI love the way I feel when I work hard to stay athletic and fit! My happiness revolves around activity...so my goal is quality of life...for as long into the future as possible. I truly believe age is irrelevant. If I take care of my body, make good choices, and force my body to continue to work...I believe I can defy the odds and continue to be healthy and fit and athletic deep into my life. I know I can't control everything about my health, but I will continue to do the things that I can!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Lots of competitive pickleball. Long beach walks! And lots of gym time...lower weigh and higher reps for me. Always take the stairs...park further away from storefronts...choose the option that requires your body to work when opportunity arises!
What would you do with $20,000?Honestly I've worked hard all of my life to raise four daughters and a son. Always had enough money...but never had extra money. It's a boring answer, but I would probably pay off som small loans and credit cards and remove a little financial stress from my life. Which...might help me stay a little more fit and healthy lol!
