My passion is fueled by being the reason someone finally believes in themselves. Like Goggins and Ronaldo, I live a life of total Discipline—no Alcohol, no Excuses—to drive that transformation. I work side-by-side with warriors fighting Parkinson’s, Cancer, and Autism. Forcing that internal shift from "I can't" to "I will" is the greatest gift God has given me. I don’t just build muscle; I prove there are no limitations and that through grit, anything is possible.

I crave the elements. Whether it’s 100°F heat or 10°F and a foot of snow on the ground, I thrive where others quit. The world is my gym...beach runs, playground calisthenics, and savage outdoor workouts are when I am happiest. One of my most defining moments was training on a track during Hurricane Katrina. I believe nature is the ultimate equalizer. If you can’t master your mind in the rain, you’ll never master your life in the sun. I don’t just stay fit; I stay ready.

I'n winning this to take the stress off Mackie’s wedding & provide a recurring allowance for Alyssa & Cammie's groceries and textbooks. I’ll surprise Karli with a getaway for the strength shown during grandson Jamie’s meningitis battle. I’ll bring coffee and lunch to the Fox Chase staff treating my hero, my Dad. Finally, I’ll found a non-profit for charity bootcamps.
