Receive Text UpdatesFitness is my constant. It’s been the one thing that never moved—through long workweeks as a school administrator, pressure, and responsibility. Just as important is the support of my wife, who shares the same passion for health and fitness. Training keeps me disciplined, grounded, and sharp so I can show up stronger for everyone who depends on me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My training is rooted in old-school bodybuilding—because it’s how I started. My father introduced me to fitness at 13, and I remember how proud it made me when friends would comment on how strong he was. After he passed unexpectedly in 2020, I stopped talking about it and let my actions speak. That’s when my training and nutrition went to a new level. Structured splits, progressive overload, no shortcuts. I train like it’s a non-negotiable—because consistency beats potential every time.
What would you do with $20,000?I would target the next generation of bodybuilders by giving kids who lack access an avenue to develop discipline, confidence, and habits that translate to long-term success in the classroom, in the gym, and in life.
