When individuals are given a glimpse or taste of a better version of themselves, it gives them a drive to want more. When those individuals want to know whats next, they begin a journey that pushes them to their "Known Limits". Making them realize that what was a "Limit" or so called "Impossible", is actually Achievable. Seeing this with others and going through it myself is my fuel... Becoming Better Than The Day Before

I train in a way where I can have fun and enjoy life, rather than making it a chore. I tell others to do the same. This allows for a better success rate for all. For most, if they start and its miserable for them, they will more often then not quit or get burned out. Work training around your life not your life around your training, and you'll want to get after it. I am no different from anyone else when it comes to training. I have to enjoy it, but my idea of that is Competition Prep! Hahaha!

Things really wont change for me. I've always said "When I make it, everyone around me in my life, will make it too" I'd give 1/2 to my Wife and Kids, who believed and supported me when it felt like no one else did. I'd give a 1/4 of it to my Sister and Mother and let them indulge and spend it on whatever they want! The last 1/4 I'd give to The Royale Family 'Ohana for our Bodybuilding Season. We're a bodybuilding Family not just a team, building memories.
