Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I love to take care of myself and see the progress that is made everyday. I want to be an inspiration not only physically, but through my words as well, to all they would like to achieve their goals and intentions. I find that working my physical body also help my mental body work acutely. We are all instruments that need fine tuning. I chose to tune mine every day.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love to be in the gym and take my time. I love to spent three to four hours sculpting my body and mind. I love the challenge myself and constantly grow. I love to walk in nature. I do not run much, I use my yoga along with breathing techniques. This also helps with my singing. I find the most important thing is, what I tell myself everyday. My belief is self talk is where to start, and the most important in any journey in life.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would take 10% and help and give back. Then I would invest the rest into myself. I would invest in my art and music career. Maybe a new guitar, or sound board. Maybe some new brushes, colors, and canvas. Not only am I beautiful on the outside, the depths of my beauty on the inside are deeper than any oceans here. If your company does charity work, or in mentorship, I would love to help you with that as well. Thank you, I am truly honored for this opportunity!!!
