Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness gave me control over my life. Training taught me discipline, confidence, and resilience—especially through high-stress seasons like military service and fatherhood. I’m driven by being strong for my family, mentally and physically, and by showing others that consistency beats motivation. Fitness isn’t a phase for me—it’s how I show up every day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train with an old-school bodybuilding mindset—progressive overload, controlled reps, and intensity done right. Lifting is my foundation, but I also prioritize steps, conditioning, and recovery to stay athletic and healthy. Training isn’t just about looking strong—it’s about building a body that performs and lasts.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it into my family and my platform—upgrading training resources, education, and content to help more people build sustainable fitness. I’d also give back by supporting veteran and family-focused health initiatives. Impact matters more to me than a quick win.
