I love fitness and have since, I was born. I love the strength,health and positive mental aspect of being fit. I believe that being fit by example displays the true character of a person annd inspires others to follow. It allows me to continue to be as active as I was in my 20’s and still highly competitive with my friends and others. I believe fitness and nutrition is the alternative to the fountain of youth, it’s the fountain of fitness!!

I like to train in many ways, I Lift weights, rock climb, mountain running with a weight vest, mountain bike , swim and do cross training. I also train boxing which, I have done since about 5 years old. The best way to truly be fit is to have many disciplines to build the body to perform in many different environments and perform even better doing daily task. The myriad of training techniques keeps it from feeling like a task and more of an adventure!!

I’m not completely sure, I would like to invest it in a way that would help in assisting others to reach their goals and pass on the knowledge and level of commitment it takes to be fit and healthy. I would need to look into this further and make a good decision to make sure the money is put to good use. This may be a great opportunity to use the proceeds to bring more people into fitness and nutrition to build even a stronger base for our culture.
