What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My father always pushed me to be the absolute best, mentally and physically, that I could possibly be every single day. He’s who I look up to and my biggest motivator. In my freshman year of high school I lost him to a sudden heart attack. Ever since then I promised him and myself that I would become the best version of myself I could possibly be.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite thing to do is go to the gym to lift, it’s like therapy for me. I also love going to my MMA classes, I hope to start fighting soon. I love wrestling, been my favorite sport forever. I love playing basketball games at places around town. I also love rock climbing, very good workout. Last but not least, I love to go on runs, especially in winter.

What would you do with $20,000?

I am a welder who was recently diagnosed with an eye disease called stargardt disease. That makes me completely unable to weld or I could go completely blind. That said I had to think of a new career path and with that I chose the path of a Sonographer/ultrasound technician. I would use this money to go towards my schooling for my career. Anything that I have left would go straight to helping out my mom and siblings and grandparents.
