What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love training with all my guys in the morning , we make it fun , theres never a dull moment! They push me and keep me focused , My next show is May 2nd and I will leave no doubts that I belong on that stage at 55!!
What would you do with $20,000?Id share some with my 86 year old Momma! I would continue to support my community pantry, and I would definitely donate some to our local humane society. I am blessed and I would love to share with others , continuing to build my Body by Brent Bootcamp making fitness affordable and fun for all ages!!!
