Receive Text UpdatesHealth and fitness is literally my livelihood. I earned my bachelors of exercise science from Wichita State University in 2020 and I've been working as a gym manager for the last 7 years. I lift weights to strengthen myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. There are so many benefits to weightlifting beyond just the physical. It's good to intentionally do hard things every day. For me, it's given me the confidence to be myself and like who I am.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Weightlifting for sure, specifically with a focus on bodybuilding. I train mostly for strength and hypertrophy, prioritizing high intensity, low volume compound movements at the beginning of the workout session and transitioning to high volume, lower intensity isolation exercises towards the middle and end. I like to hit the stair master for 30 to 45 minutes as well to break a sweat and improve my cardio.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay off my student loans.
