My family. Setting an example for young people, and parents alike. Regardless of income, or schedule. The feeling that comes with training, competing. The friendships Ive made. Those who send me messages saying ive inspired them. Everyone from construction workers, to therapists. Bringing people over to real health, mental health, strength, doing something difficult, finding the real benefits in failing, and eventually succeeding. My daughters cheering me on from the sidelines...
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My absolute favorite is in nature. Hill Sprints, natural stone lifting, swimming, hiking. Anything odd and awkward, found implements. Using creativity to train. I also keep these days like this when I train for strongman comps. Its great for the mind and body, and accessible to most.
What would you do with $20,000?My goal is to open a gym here. We live in a small, but growing community. I want to offer kids and parents alike the opportunity to learn what I have. That movement is the cure for so many things. That challenging yourself outside the norm is the key to a better life. Im a fortunate man, I want to share it with others. I appreciate the consideration.
