My sons, getting to see their dad sober, healthy, and living a healthy lifestyle and being active with them. Taking them to the gym with me and although they’re 6 & 3 and can’t workout with me yet, they love to “work out” with dad and I hope these are habits they can continue as they grow up!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I am a big weight training guy, I’ve loved working with my coach and the accountability to stay on a plan and this had carried over into every part of my life. Having a routine, sticking to it, and seeing the results of my consistency.
What would you do with $20,000?I would split it and put it into my children’s college funds. I grew up very poor and have worked very hard to live a comfortable life. I worked 3 jobs through college just to be able to stay in school, and I don’t want my sons to have that fear over their heads like I did.
