I first discovered fitness thru running in order to curb a lot of anxiety that I had. Once I got past the “hurdle” or the “wall” I discovered what was on the other side of it. I was finally able to feel the “high” that people talk about from working out. I want to be able to share my experience with others. If we have been given a gift or second chance at life I believe that we are obligated to share the victory with others that need to hear the story.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to Run and do Functional Fitness. At age 50 i now know the importance of training for Longevity and not just strength alone. I know that my cardio fitness will lead to a healthier me 10 years from now.
What would you do with $20,000?I would make an investment in my own gym where I would introduce fitness and nutrition to those that need it the most. In my community I feel like kids and lower income families need help the most and have the hardest time finding proper education on fitness and nutrition.
