What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I follow a bodybuilding style workouts and nutrition. My new wife is a functional fitness coach and I love joining her at her gym and the community they have there. Working with everyone and pushing each other. Together we have done CrossFit comps and Deka competitions. Really enjoy HIT cardio and employed it thru my prep for my bodybuilding comp.
What would you do with $20,000?My fiance are getting married in January. We would use it to help our kids with different things. One who has opened her own business as a nail saloon, one who is graduating college with a bachelor's degree and one who has recently been training in boxing doing a golden gloves tournament. As well as the youngest is starting competitive dance. We encourage our children to follow in our healthy goals and living.
