Receive Text UpdatesI played professional baseball earlier in life and got away from fitness once I had kids. Being healthy for them and all my friends in my group ex classes really help drive my passion now. We also have a group of great female instructors that are so inspiring each and every day. At first I couldn’t do burpees, and now do burpee tucks, or I would take breaks and now challenge myself not too… doing things I can’t do yesterday also fuel my passion.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Group ex classes. I have made so many friends and others that inspire me. We also have so much fun working out doing cycle, body combat, body attack, body pump, boot camp and other classes. As I stated above also the strong female instructors are all so amazing at the YMCA, makes it easy to get up early and work hard.
What would you do with $20,000?That’s a great question. I guess maybe take a little of the money and get some additional workout gear and sneakers and then the other $19,000 I would donate to the YMCA since it’s such a great place to workout and they help people workout that can’t afford a gym. Thanks for allowing me to tell my story.
