Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My faith and the opportunities it brings to spread joy, patience, peace, love, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. Since our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit it’s extremely important to take care of them. Beyond just the faith aspect I believe health might just be the most important thing to take care of in order to live a life without limitation. Keeping up with my fitness allows me to do just that. It allows me to show up for others to the fullest extent!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I compete in CrossFit which involves all different types of fitness and I really enjoy the variety that comes with it! That type of training allows me to challenge myself lifting heavy, do gymnastics, sprint, aerobically train, and push myself in every way possible. It’s also the most humbling thing I’ve ever done and gives me a chance to toughen my mind and push the limits of what my body is capable of which I thoroughly enjoy!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to continue to pursue competing at the highest level of fitness since it’s comes with quite a few expenses of travel, food, treatment, etc. I would also use it to advance credentials to help others with their fitness journey being a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Lastly, I would have to give some of it to help someone out that could use a blessing in their life for the blessing I received.
