What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite training modality is bodybuilding, classic compound and concentrated. Lifting as heavy and often as my body allows. A classic pump chaser, nothing beats the focus of heavy slow concentrics.
What would you do with $20,000?With the 20k I would be able to pay off some of my mortgage and possibly get a bigger house to fit my family situation.
