What really fuels me to continue my journey in health and fitness is that there is always work to be done. My goals are always changing because once I achieve something in my mind I just want to take it to the next level. Also, my health had never been taken serious until a couple of years ago. Nothing will come in the way of me and my health and fitness goals.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I started my lifting journey as a powerlifter, because of sports through my high school. This led to me discover my passion and love for lifting in general. Now there’s not a day that goes by I don’t lift except for rest days of course. Now a days I transitions from hybrid athlete whether that be marathons and cross-fit to bodybuilding which what I am focusing on right now. I just enjoy pushing my body whether that be through weights and building lean muscle or running.
What would you do with $20,000?20,000 dollars would completely change my life. 20,000 dollars would allow me to put money away for after college and also allow to finally become the personal trainer/ coach I have always aspired to be. Also, it could help me pay my parents back for all they have done for me. Because at the end of the day that is more important than anything else in my life
