My passion for health and fitness comes from being an athlete and understanding how training shapes discipline, confidence, and mindset. Pushing my limits in the gym, on the track, and in competition has taught me consistency and resilience. I’m driven by the process, staying accountable, and showing others that performance and health go hand in hand.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to stay fit is by balancing running and strength training. Having run track my entire life, staying in running shape is second nature and directly supports my performance in Hyrox. As a highly competitive athlete, I enjoy training in a way that keeps me both fast and strong, allowing me to compete at a high level year-round.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I were given $20,000, I would invest it into my health, athletic development, and giving back to the fitness community. I would use part of the money to support training, recovery, and competition expenses so I can continue performing at a high level in Hyrox and endurance events. I would also put a portion toward coaching, education, and community-based fitness initiatives that help others access training, resources, and guidance to live healthier, more active lives.
