Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion is fueled by using the spiritual gift God has given me (my superpower) to help save and prolong lives. There is nothing more rewarding than hearing people say they've ditched their medications, are now pain-free, and have developed a genuine love for fitness they never thought possible. I am also fueled by gratitude. Every morning at 4am, I wake up blessed with the ability to move my body, and I thank God for the incredible gift of health and strength.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to stay fit is training consistently 4-5 times per week through a mix of running, Peloton rides, and strength training. I stay race-ready for 5Ks, Spartan races, and HYROX competitions. As a former athlete, I thrive on having a goal to train toward and a standard to maintain. I live by the mindset that preparation eliminates excuses--"If you stay ready, you don't have to get ready". My training philosophy is simple: Pray, Train, Repeat.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I win the $20,000, I would finish paying for my son's college education and give a portion to my mom in gratitude for her support. I would also launch my nonprofit to bring health and wellness education to my community and reinvest in my gym TRAIN & BURN in Birmingham, Alabama, to help more people live healthier lives.
