My passion for health and fitness is fueled by my kid. Every workout is about being present longer, leading by example, and showing that taking care of yourself is an act of self-respect. If my child learns strength, discipline, and confidence by watching me, then it’s all worth it.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is blending strength, sport, and family into one experience. I love powerlifting for the discipline and raw strength it builds, volleyball for the athleticism, agility, and fun, and including my child because it reminds me why I train in the first place. Whether it’s lifting heavy, getting competitive on the court, or letting my kid be part of the process, training becomes more than a workout—it’s quality time, setting an example, and showing that fitness can be strong,

What would you do with $20,000?

If given that money it would mean more than money to me, it would mean belief. I’d use it as a down payment toward opening my own gym, something I’ve dreamed about not just as a business, but as a place where people feel seen, supported, and strong when life feels heavy. The rest would go toward helping my child chase their passion for fitness and sports, giving them access to training, opportunities, and experiences I wish I’d had growing up. Fitness changed my life
