What fuels my passion for health and fitness is the ability to stay healthy for my future family. Also I want to set a good example for my friends, family, and high schoolers I coach that it can be done. Every time I start a fitness challenge or journey people call me crazy until I finish it. My goal is to push more people to be healthier and not let their mind, injuries, or job get in the way of their health. Also, I do it to glorify God, he gave me gifts I do not deserve and I glorify him.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite ways to stay fit are weightlifting (of course), I lift 6 days a week with a powerlifting focus. I also do powerlifting meets with my friends, train for 5k/10K's/half marathons and walking my dog sport.
What would you do with $20,000?I would probably build my home gym finally and invest in some recovery equipment for my home. If there is any left I will invest and give some money to my church the Sunday after I get it.
