Health and fitness is my addiction my great love there is nothing compared to the feeling of a great workout , beein this game for 42 years i love ive endured 102 surgeries so had to change up my gane , i love that i inspire people to be there best selves , im driven to help young &old enjoy fitness how it can change your life if you let it , i love when im walking and someone goes slow by me and yells hey i lost 60 lbs your my inspiration, ill yell back you go , why i do it all these yesrs

I like weight training always my first love ,in between each set i do 20 push ups so depends on a 2 or 4 hour workourt ill do between 700 & 1200 oushups , i like TRx , bands , treadmill ,long walks , run sand dunes, brutal we have plenty of them , never stop hard to keep up with me when i really get going i am that gym Rat , im also a disabled Marine Vet where my tenacity comed from

Well i would probably pay couple bills ,my wife passed 7 years this year from breast cancer, i took care of her 8 years , now in a care giver we loved sharks , she loved the Great White she wanted me to go in a cage with Great Whites and let her ashes go , and a tattoo of her name with some of her ashes in it , was my partner and soul mate would have been 34 years together , she loved me in the gym , i so want to make this happen for her , thankyou everyone
