Receive Text UpdatesArriving at the lowest point in my life of addiction, prison, my reality rapidly set in. After a lengthy jail stint awaiting trial I gained 99 pounds. From 159 lbs to 268 lbs of a shadow of the man I once was. Getting dressed rendered me out of breath and drained. Never wanting to feel that low again I began training with a passion never before felt.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Having only the archaic pig iron in the penitentiary, I developed a love for pushing heavy weight. It soon became evident pushing weight wasnt the physique i was looking for. So I began cardio and calisthenics. Now I use a rigorous combination of calisthenics and iron.
What would you do with $20,000?I would either invest the $20,000 or pay my bills down. I may put it in savings for a nest egg, or all three.
